Prices must be determined on a individual basis. More of the figure than head and shoulders, and/or multiple figures; detailed backgrounds or situations; and overall complexity of the caricature or portrait will incur additional expense.

Caricatures and portraits may be created from existing single or multiple photographs. The better the image quality: good lighting; clear focus; large format; the better the art will be produced. Live sittings and photographs taken in the home or selected location may be arranged at an additional fee.

Caricatures are drawn in marker with digital enhancement and printed on high quality paper for permanency. Different mediums (color pencil, pastel, acrylic, oil) are available for portraits, as well as caricatures (at an additional charge).

Caricatures make an event more fun. Everyone loves to watch the drawings come alive and they make a wonderful keepsake. Caricatures are suitable for all occasions, corporate parties and picnics, conventions, tradeshows and fundraisers, birthday & holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, graduations, class reunions, wedding receptions, etc

I charge $125.00 per hour with a three hour minimum. , I charge $150.00 per hour for parties in the month of December, parties on holidays or two hour bookings. These rates are for a 50 mile radius of Manchester, Michigan (Ann Arbor - Jackson area). Outside of this area a minimal charge will be added for travel.

The caricatures are drawn with permanent marker. It takes eight to ten minutes per caricature for black and white, full color takes twice as long. I use a high quality 11"x 14" paper with a pre-printed border design. The finished drawing is presented in a protective plastic sleeve.
